On this job i had to explain to her, when chipping up tiles off terrazzo floors, there’s not a guarantee that the stains will come out. There’s times i can get them all out. And there’s times i can’t. It all depends on the type of mortar they use. Standard old terrazzo floor. Nails holes filled with matching chips and epoxy. 11 steps of of grinding, alone with edge’s and corners. And the stain removal that i use on the entire terrazzo floor. Works really well. Polish and seal.
